Lisa’s knowledge is very valuable with food laws, food labeling, and those vital steps to get your product ready for consumers. She is also in charge of many farmers markets which is helpful when you don’t know where to start with your target market. We started our operations in our detached garage. It was functional for learning purposes but, we knew it was nothing long-term. The kitchen has been awesome to us for many reasons. We are a small start up and it’s wasn’t easy to commit to a retail space long term. Her kitchen has wonderful flexibility. She has been so accommodating too. Our equipment takes special electrical plugs and the machines aren’t easy to move. We’ve had electrical installed and keep our equipment stored at the kitchen. We have surely appreciated everything Lisa has done for us!”
